摘要
以首钢东南区为例,针对该地区小街区、密路网的特点,系统地研究了单向交通组织的必要性与可行性;基于对主要支路单向通行和单向辅助疏解方向的识别,建立了单向交通组织的方案比选与论证;从交叉口复杂度对比、服务水平、污染物排放水平和油耗等指标入手,建立单向交通组织方案效果评价指标与评价方法;提出了单向交通组织方案论证与评估方法。该研究结果可丰富单向交通组织理论研究思路,为其他类似单向交通组织提供参考。
Taking the southeast area of Shougang district as an example,this paper studied the necessity and feasibility of one-way traffic organization because of the characteristics of small blocks with dense road network;Based on the identification of one-way direction of the main branch road and the auxiliary disperse direction,the one-way traffic organization schemes were figured out and demonstrated;From the indexes of complexity of intersections,level of service,pollutant emission and oil consumption,the evaluation index and methods were built for one-way traffic scheme;And the methodology of one-way traffic organization design as well as the evaluation approach proposed in this paper.The research enriched the theoretical and practical findings which will provide reference for other similar traffic.
