摘要
高校劳动教育是提高学生劳动能力和综合素养的重要途径,是培育全方位发展优秀人才的有效抓手。然而,高校劳动教育中依旧存在轻视劳动教育、坐享其成的错误观念,影响着当代大学生劳动观念的形成,使得劳动教育效果被弱化。针对于此,高校应利用“新”理念,“新”课程、“新”平台,“新”形式、“新”标准,“新”队伍推动新时代劳动教育发展,关注当代大学生劳动素养的培育和提升,从而成功孵化素质高、劳动能力强的优秀人才。
Labor education in colleges and universities is an important way to improve students’ labor ability and comprehensive quality, and is an effective starting point for cultivating all-round development of excellent talents. However, there are still the wrong ideas of neglecting labor education and sitting together in the labor education in colleges and universities, which affects the formation of the labor concept of contemporary college students and weakens the effect of labor education. In view of this, colleges and universities should use the “new” concept, “new” curriculum, “new” platform, “new” form, “new” standards, “new” team to promote the development of labor education in the new era, pay attention to the cultivation and improvement of contemporary college students’ labor literacy, so as to successfully incubate excellent talents with high quality and strong labor ability.
