摘要
福岛核事故后,国际社会对核能发展提出了更高的安全要求,国际原子能机构(IAEA)基于福岛核事故的经验教训与研究成果,在其安全标准中引入设计扩展工况的概念,以进一步提高核动力厂的安全水平。本文根据国内外核能发展实际情况,结合我国核安全法规标准最新要求与制修订规划思路,对设计扩展工况的定义与内容进行思考并提出相关建议。
After the Fukushima nuclear accident, the international community put forward higher safety requirements for the development of nuclear energy. The International Atomic Energy Agency(IAEA),based on the experience and research results of the Fukushima nuclear accident, introduced the concept of design extension condition in its safety standards. To further improve the safety level of nuclear power plants.Based on the actual situation of nuclear energy development at home and abroad, combined with the latest requirements of China’s nuclear safety regulations and standards and the planning ideas for formulation and revision, this paper considers the definition and content of design expansion conditions and puts forward relevant suggestions.
