摘要
放射性物品运输活动广泛存在于核能开发利用中,对其安全性监管是维护核与辐射安全的重要措施。本文通过对运行核电厂放射性物品运输活动现状及特点进行分析,提出了优化运输条件和推动处置场建设,建立联合监管体系,加强应急能力建设等建议,为我国放射性物品运输活动的监管提供思路。
Radioactive material transportation is widely used in nuclear energy development and its safety supervision is an important measure to maintain nuclear and radiation safety. Based on the analysis of the status quo and characteristics of radioactive materials transportation activities of nuclear power plants in operation, some suggestions are put forward, such as improve transportation conditions, promote the construction of disposal sites, establish a joint supervision system, and strengthen emergency response capacity.
