摘要
目的:针对现有的检伤分类工具存在的不足,设计一种适用于低光照灾害事故现场的检伤分类工具。方法 :该检伤分类工具外壳为圆形,采用光敏树脂材料制作,主要由STC15W401AS单片机、按键控制模块、LED显示模块、蜂鸣器响应模块和充电模块组成。模拟低光照灾害事故现场,验证该检伤工具在低光照环境下的使用效果。结果:使用该检伤分类工具可以根据灯光颜色和闪烁频率在远距离下进行准确的伤情识别,能快速确定救治优先级,提高了检伤分类效率。结论:该检伤分类工具设计合理,在低光照条件下能有效识别伤情,能够满足低光照灾害事故现场应急救援的需求。
Objective To design an on-site triage tool for low light disaster relief to avoid the shortcomings of the existing tools. Methods An on-site triage tool with a round shell was designed for the rescue of low light disasters, which was made of photosensitive resin material and composed of a STC15W401AS microcontroller, a button control module, a LED display module, a buzzer response module and a charging module. Low light disaster scene was simulated to verify the efficacy of the tool in low light environments. Results The tool developed could identify injury conditions based on the color of light and flashing frequency at a distance and determine the priority of treatment quickly, so that the triage efficiency could be enhanced greatly. Conclusion The triage tool is reasonably designed to effectively identify injuries under low-light conditions, and meets the needs of emergency rescue of low light disasters.
