摘要 随着城市地下轨道交通大规模建设,由于线路规划要求,不可避免出现大纵坡、小半径急曲线盾构隧道工程案例。大纵坡、小半径急曲线盾构隧道掘进施工难度较大,而目前对大纵坡、小半径盾构隧道施工特性鲜有对比研究。本文基于成都轨道交通9号线元华停车场出入场线区间盾构隧道工程实例,建立数值计算模型,通过改变坡度和平面曲线半径两大类工况,对地表纵断面竖向位移、横断面竖向位移等施工特性进行分析,并通过现场监测数据对比验证数值模拟结果合理性,以期为今后类似工程条件下大纵坡、小曲线盾构隧道施工提供可靠的工程实践经验。 With the large-scale construction of urban underground rail transit, shield tunnel engineering cases with large longitudinal slope and small radius sharp curve are inevitable due to the requirements of line planning. The construction of shield tunnel with large longitudinal slope and small radius sharp curve is very difficult. At present, there is little comparative study on the construction characteristics of shield tunnel with large longitudinal slope and small radius. Based on the shield tunnel project in the entrance and exit line of Yuanhua parking lot of Chengdu Metro Line 9, this paper establishes the corresponding numerical calculation model, analyzes the construction characteristics such as vertical displacement of surface profile and vertical displacement of cross section by changing two kinds of working conditions of slope and plane curve radius, and verifies the rationality of numerical simulation results through the comparison of the on-site monitoring data. It provides reliable engineering practice experience for shield tunnel construction with large longitudinal slope and small curve under similar engineering conditions in the future.
