摘要
结合城市更新改造策略与方法对某高铁线路既有车辆站修库(以下简称站修库)采用整治改善手段,即采取保护适用于历史建筑、环境能耗最低的“更新”方式,进行功能扩容及接建改造;同时结合绿色设计理念对既有建筑进行改造,采用延长生命周期的设计思路使工业建筑既有空间满足新的、有活力的工作环境需要。本工程引入“新旧扩容+提升”理念,提出改造所采用的策略,从空间功能、材料提升统一、改善自然采光、节能改造及防火适应性改造五个方面对站修库改扩建工程进行阐述与分析。
The existing vehicle depot of a high-speed railway line(hereinafter referred to as the station maintenance depot) was combined with urban renewal and renovation strategies and methods, and the renovation and improvement means were adopted, namely, the “renewal” method suitable for historic buildings with the lowest environmental energy consumption was protected, and the function expansion and reconstruction were carried out. At the same time, combined with the concept of green design, the existing buildings were transformed, and the design concept of extending the life cycle was adopted to make the existing space of industrial buildings meet the needs of new and dynamic working environment. This project introduced the concept of “old and new expansion + improvement”, put forward the strategy adopted for the transformation, and detailed the renovation and expansion project of station maintenance depot from five aspects: space function, material improvement, natural lighting improvement, energy saving transformation and fire adaptability transformation.
