摘要
目前,乳腺癌是全球癌症发病率最高的恶性肿瘤。随着精准医学时代的到来,保乳手术成为早期乳腺癌患者首选的手术方式。与乳房切除术比较,保乳手术安全性高,术后并发症少,能够最大程度保留乳房的完整性,提高患者术后的生活质量。但目前仍有部分符合保乳手术条件的患者选择乳房切除术。可行保乳手术的乳腺癌患者术式选择受多方面因素的影响,本研究对可行保乳手术的乳腺癌患者术式选择的影响因素进行综述,旨在为临床上此类患者选择正确的术式提供参考。
Currently,breast cancer is the most common malignancy worldwide. With the advent of the era of precision medicine,breast-conserving surgery has become the preferred surgical method for patients with early breast cancer. Compared to mastectomy,breast-conserving surgery is safer,has fewer postoperative complications,extensively preserves the integrity of the breast,and improves the quality of life of patients after surgery. However,some patients who are eligible for breast-conserving surgery still choose mastectomy.The surgical choice of patients with feasible breast-conserving surgery is affected by many factors. This study reviews the factors influencing the surgical choice of patients with breast cancer who are eligible for breast-conserving surgery,aiming to provide a reference for the selection of appropriate surgical methods for such patients.
