近距离煤层下行开采上保护层工作面合理布置研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于某矿井东翼一采区内的1112工作面为工程背景,通过现场调研、理论分析、数值模拟和现场工程应用等方法,对近距离煤层下行开采上保护层工作面合理布置进行了研究。结果表明:主采2#煤层内工作面开采期间,受上保护层开采后在其下侧所形成的侧向支承应力影响,1112轨道平巷采掘位置处煤层应力环境较差;优化后开采布局下1112轨道平巷无论沿空留巷段还是超前工作面段,围岩中均不易积聚高集中应力;优化后开采布局下1114轨道平巷受到上覆岩层的压力作用显著减小,应力集中区向工作面深部转移,此时1114轨道平巷围岩处于较好的应力环境中,进而有益于巷道围岩的控制。 Based on the engineering background of 1112 working face in the first mining area of the east wing of a mine, the reasonable layout of the working face of the upper protective layer in the downward mining of the close coal seam is studied by means of field investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field engineering application. The results show that during the mining of the working face in the main 2# coal seam, the stress environment of the coal seam at the mining position of the 1112 track drift is poor due to the influence of the lateral support stress formed at the lower side of the upper protective layer after mining;Under the optimized mining layout, it is not easy to accumulate high concentrated stress in the surrounding rock of 1112 track drift, regardless of the gob retaining section or the leading working face section;Under the optimized mining layout, the pressure of the overlying strata on the 1114 track drift is significantly reduced, and the stress concentration area is transferred to the deep part of the working face. At this time, the surrounding rock of the 1114 track drift is in a good stress environment, which is beneficial to the control of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
