摘要
文章分析了典型工程机械液压泵的基本组成和工作原理,运用故障树分析原理,对工程机械液压泵常见的不输油、油量少、零角时仍有流量、压力流量波动大或噪声大等四种故障产生的原因进行推理分析,并建立了工程机械液压泵的系统故障树。利用故障树分析方法,定性分析了工程机械液压泵故障模式,为其设计、安装、使用、维修保养提供了理论依据。
In this paper,the basic composition and working principle of the typical hydraulic pump for construction machinery are analyzed,and applying the principle of fault tree,analyzes the reasons of four common faults of hydraulic pump for construction machinery,such as no oil transportation or little oil quantity,still flow rate at zero angle,big fluctuation of pressure flow rate and big noise,etc.,the system fault tree of hydraulic pump for construction machinery is established eventually.Using FTA,this paper qualitatively analyzed the failure modes of hydraulic pumps for construction machinery,which provided a theoretical basis for the design,installation,using and maintenance of hydraulic pumps for construction machinery.
