摘要
乡村治理,有效是基础,有效的乡村治理是实现乡村振兴的前提。新乡贤文化是乡贤文化的继承和发展,是我国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,为乡村有效治理贡献精神力量。当前新乡贤文化融入乡村治理面临着新乡贤人才流失、新乡贤文化面临信任危机、村民受多元文化冲击的困境,可以从壮大新乡贤队伍、夯实新乡贤文化培育的社会基础、强化新乡贤与村民之间的情感认同等方面探索新乡贤文化的培育路径,使新乡贤文化成为乡村治理的强大精神力量。
Effective rural governance is the foundation,and effective rural governance is the premise of rural revitalization.New able villagers culture is the inheritance and development of local talents culture.It is an important part of China's excellent traditional culture and contributes spiritual strength to the effective governance of rural areas.At present,the integration of new able villagers culture into rural governance is facing the loss of new local talents,the trust crisis,and the plight of villagers under the impact of multiculturalism.We can explore the cultivation path of new able villagers culture from the aspects of expanding the ranks of new able villagers,consolidating the social foundation for the cultivation of new able villagers culture,and strengthening the emotional identity between new local talents and villagers,make new able villagers culture become a powerful spiritual force in rural governance.
