摘要
目的探讨在健康体检中经阴道超声对子宫内膜病变的初步诊断价值。方法选取2019年1月至2022年2月在慈铭体检经阴道超声检查,且后经病理检查确诊的37例子宫内膜病变患者进行回顾性分析,观察超声诊断结果与病理检查结果的一致率。结果在经阴道超声诊断为子宫内膜病变的37例患者中,与病理检查结果一致32例,其中子宫内膜增生过长11例、子宫内膜息肉13例、子宫内膜癌3例、黏膜下肌瘤5例,诊断一致率分别为91.9%、89.2%、97.3%、97.3%。结论经阴道超声在子宫内膜病变初步诊断中,准确率较高,是发现早期病变的有效方法,可作为临床重要的辅助诊断方式,值得在体检中推广。
Objective To investigate the preliminary diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound for endometrial lesions in health examination.Methods From January 2019 to February 2022,a total of 37 patients with endometrioid lesions who were examined by transvaginal ultrasound in Ciming medical examination and then confirmed by pathological examination were selected for retrospective analysis to observe the consistency rate of ultrasound diagnosis and pathological diagnosis.Results Among 37 cases of endometrial lesions diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound,diagnoses of 32 cases were consistent with pathological diagnosis,including 11 cases of endometrial hyperplasia,13 cases of endometrial polyps,3 cases of endometrial cancer,and 5 cases of submucosal fibroids with the diagnostic consistency rates of 91.9%,89.2%,97.3%,and 97.3%,respectively.Conclusion In the preliminary diagnosis of endometrial lesions,transvaginal ultrasound has a high accuracy rate.T ransvaginal ultrasound is an effective method for finding early lesions,and can be used as an important clinical auxiliary diagnosis method,which is worth promoting in physical examination.
