摘要
为了评价旋风分离器内旋转流流场测量方法的精度及适用范围,对比分析了不同测量方法对旋风分离器内旋转流流场的测量精度。结果表明:3种测量方法对旋风分离器内旋转流时均速度的测量结果基本一致,但对于瞬时速度的测量,各有特点和局限性。通过分析对比3种方法,给出了各测量方法的优缺点,为如何选择旋转流流场测量方法提供了参考依据。激光多普勒测速仪(LDV)和粒子图像测速仪(PIV)方法避免侵入式测量对流场的影响,可以较详细地提供流体的流动特性,但旋风分离器固有的分离颗粒作用使测量的精度受到示踪粒子浓度和尺寸的影响较大。热线风速仪(HWA)方法具有较高的空间和时间分辨率,以及较快的响应速度,在分析流场动态特性具有显著优势。
In order to evaluate the accuracy and application of swirling flow field measurement method in cyclone separator,the measurement accuracy of swirling flow field in cyclone separator is analyzed and compared. The results show that the measurement results of the time mean velocity of cyclone separator are basically the same,however,the measurement of instantaneous velocity has its own characteristics and limitations,and the reference basis for the selection of each measurement method is given. Laser doppler velocimetry(LDV) and particle image velocimetry(PIV)methods avoid the effect of intrusive measurements on the flow field and can provide the flow properties of the fluid in more detail, however, due to the intrinsic separation particles action in the cyclone, the accuracy of measurement is greatly affected by the concentration and size of tracer particles. Hot wire anemometry(HWA)method has high spatial and temporal resolution and fast response,which has significant advantages in analyzing flow field dynamic characteristic.
