表面处理工艺对聚氯乙烯建筑膜材性能的影响

摘要 为提高聚氯乙烯(PVC)建筑膜材保护效果,对常规PVC建筑膜材、表面涂覆聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)涂料的PVC建筑膜材以及表面复合PVDF膜的PVC建筑膜材性能进行对比。结果表明,表面复合PVDF膜的PVC建筑膜材力学性能虽然基本保持不变,但表面光泽度由9.6提高到37.5,耐紫外光老化60 kW·h黄变由37.1减小到0.21,易清洁性等级由3级提高到1级,同时耐化学腐蚀性能大幅度增强。 In order to improve the protective effect of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) building membrane, the properties of conventional PVC building membrane, PVC building membrane coated with polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) coating and PVC building membrane coated with PVDF membrane were compared. The results showed that although the mechanical properties of PVC building membrane with surface composite PVDF membrane remained basically unchanged, the surface gloss increased from 9.6 to37.5, the UV aging resistance 60 k W · h yellowing decreased from 37.1 to 0.21, the easy cleaning grade increased from grade 3 to grade 1, and the chemical corrosion resistance was greatly enhanced.
