摘要
为调查我国南美白对虾养殖地区虾源副溶血弧菌对抗生素的耐药情况,从东海、黄海及渤海沿岸的宁波、青岛以及东营3地采集了人工养殖的南美白对虾样品。采用生化鉴定试剂盒和16S rRNA基因测序这两种方法对副溶血弧菌进行了分离鉴定。通过纸片扩散法测定上述菌株对氨苄西林、哌拉西林、头孢噻肟、头孢西丁、头孢吡肟、亚胺培南、头孢他啶、四环素、土霉素、环丙沙星和庆大霉素的药物敏感性。结果表明:东营虾样分离菌株的耐药谱最广,对氨苄西林、哌拉西林、四环素和土霉素具有耐药性;青岛和宁波虾样分离菌株对氨苄西林和哌拉西林耐药。说明可食用虾中分离的副溶血弧菌均存在一定程度的耐药性,对人体健康安全存在一定的风险性,今后的水产生产中要注意抗生素的规范化使用。
To investigate the antibiotic resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from Penaeus vannamei in different artificial aquaculture areas in China,samples of Penaeus vannamei were collected from Ningbo,Qingdao and Dongying along the East China Sea,Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea. The Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated and identified by biochemical identification kit and 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The susceptibility of these strains to antibiotics, including ampicillin, piperacillin, cefotaxime, cefoxitin,cefepime, imipenem, ceftazidime, tetracycline, oxytetracycline, ciprofloxacin and gentamicin, was detected by Kirby-Bauer method. The results demonstrate that the strains isolated from Dongying have a wide drug resistant spectrum,and they are resistant to ampicillin,piperacillin,tetracycline and oxytetracycline.The strains isolated from Qingdao and Ningbo are both resistant to ampicillin and piperacillin. It indicates that Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from edible shrimp have a certain degree of drug resistance,herein,they are harmful to human health and welfare. In future,the usage of antibiotics should be standardized in aquaculture production.
