摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的提出和深入推进,村庄规划工作的重要性日益突出,国土空间规划体系也对村庄规划提出了新要求,如何在国土空间规划体系下,做好村庄规划工作就显得尤为重要。本文以河北省邢台市东盟台村村庄规划为例,梳理村庄无序建设用地混杂、产业单一动力不足、公共服务设施和基础设施不完善、景观与绿化用地不足且不成系统、宅基地布局不合理等村庄现状问题,并针对现状问题提出相应的规划举措,以期为同类型村庄规划工作提供参考。
With the proposal and in-depth promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, the importance of village planning is becoming increasingly prominent. The land space planning system also puts forward new requirements for village planning. How to do a good job of village planning under the land space planning system is particularly important. Taking the village planning of Dongmengtai Village in Xingtai, Hebei as an example, this paper combs the current situation of the villages, such as disordered construction land, mixed industrial single power, imperfect public service facilities and infrastructure, insufficient and unsystematic landscape and greening land, unreasonable homestead layout, etc.,and puts forward corresponding planning measures for the current situation, in order to provide a reference for the planning of the same type of villages.
