摘要
目前非故障工单采用人工方式判断后进行下派,工单处置过程中存在派单规则复杂、派单时限要求较高、敏感工单不能及时发现、工单高峰期处置能力不足、工单处理效率低下等问题。通过TF-IDF算法,进行大数据学习,采用三重派单机制,有效提升了派单准确性与及时性,提升了用户服务体验。
At present,non-fault work orders are dispatched after manual judgment,and there are problems in the process of work order processing,such as complex dispatch rules,high time limit requirements for dispatch,inability to detect sensitive work orders in time,insufficient handling capacity during peak work orders,and low work order processing efficiency.Through the TF-IDF algorithm,big data learning is carried out,and the triple dispatch mechanism is adopted,which effectively improves the accuracy and timeliness of dispatching or derss and improves user service experience.
