摘要
根据RB/T214-2017要求,对国家生态环境部发布的新方法《水质硫化物的测定亚甲蓝分光光度法》(HJ 1226-2021)进行方法验证研究。使用10 mm光程比色皿、样品前处理为“酸化-吹气-吸收”法和30 mm光程比色皿、样品前处理为“酸化-蒸馏-吸收”法测定了标准曲线、标准物质、空白样品、实际样品及加标等。结果表明:标准曲线、检出限、精密度、准确度等指标均满足方法要求。本单位具备使用HJ 1226-2021新方法测定水中硫化物的能力,同时为相关单位进行新方法验证提供了一定参考。
According to the requirement of RB/T 214-2017,the new method“Water quality-Determination of sulfide-Methylene blue spectrophotometric method”(HJ 1226-2021)issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People,s Republic of China was validated,using the 10mm optical path cuvette,“acidification-blowing-absorption”method as sample pretreatmentand the 30mm optical path cuvette,“acidification-distillation-absorption”method as sample pretreatmentto determine the standard curve,standard substance,blank sample,actual sample and spiked standard.The results show that the standard curve,detection limit,precision,accuracy and other indicators all meet the method requirements.This unit has the ability to use the new method of HJ 1226-2021 to determine sulfides in water,and at the same time provides a certain reference for relevant units to verify the new method.
