摘要
根据特色小镇实际管理建设的需求与信息化建设现状,基于市县级的数字城市地理空间框架建设技术路线和架构,充分利用地理空间框架建设的成果资源,汇集基础地理信息数据、公共专题数据等多源时空数据形成了特色小镇时空数据库。在时空数据库建设基础上,搭建了小镇统一、开放、开源的智慧云服务平台,满足了特色小镇的运行、管理、服务对时空信息的智能化需求。通过平台建设实践,本文探索了一种小区域智慧城市时空信息云平台的建设模式、共享模式和服务模式,将为开展乡镇、开发区、园区等区域性智慧城市时空信息云平台建设提供依据和借鉴。
In this paper,according to the actual management needs of Characteristic Towns and the current situation of informatization construction,based on the technical route and architecture of county-level digital geospatial framework construction,we make full use of the existing achievements of county-level digital geospatial framework construction.The collection of basic geographic information data,public thematic data and other multi-source spatiotemporal data has formed the characteristic town spatiotemporal database.A unified,open and open-source intelligent cloud service platform for small towns is built based on the achievements of spatiotemporal database construction,it meets the intelligent demand of spatiotemporal information for the operation,management and service of characteristic towns.Through the practice of platform construction,this paper explores a construction mode,sharing mode and service mode of small area smart city spatiotemporal information cloud platform,which will provide basis and reference for the construction of regional smart city spatiotemporal information cloud platform such as towns,development zones and parks.
