摘要
目的:探讨老年急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)的临床特征及其CT影像表现。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月至12月我院收治老年急性胰腺炎患者的临床及影像学资料,并与同期非老年组进行统计学差异分析。结果:(1)老年AP患者以女性为主,男女比约1:3,少数患者以非腹痛症状就诊;(2)老年AP主要致病原因依次是胆源性疾病、高脂血症及特发性,并与非老年组之间存在统计学差异;(3)老年组与非老年组在CT影像表现方面不具有统计学差异。结论:老年女性AP发病率明显高于男性,主要病因是胆源性疾病及高脂血症,临床症状可不典型。
Objective:To explore the clinical features and CT imaging manifestations of elderly acute pancreatitis.Methods:The clinical and imaging data of elderly patients in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were analyzed retrospectively,and the statistical differences were compared with those of the non-elderly group in the same period.Results:(1) The majority of elderly AP patients were female,and the ratio of male to female was about 1:3.A few patients attended the hospital with non-abdominal pain symptoms.(2)AP in elderly group were caused by biliary disease,hyperlipidemia and idiopathic,and there were statistical differences between elderly and non-elderly group.(3) There was no significant difference between elderly and non-elderly AP in imaging.Conclusion:Women was more common than men in elderly AP.Biliary diseases and hyperlipidemia are the main causes.The clinical symptoms were not typical.
