摘要
随着社会的快速发展,知识的商品化属性逐渐突出,在互联网环境中保护企业和个人的知识产权与社会的良性发展存在直接关系。知识产权的发展在互联网这一特殊环境中呈现出全新的态势,如何在互联网环境下保证知识产权安全有效,妥善解决其中面临的社会问题和法律问题是规范互联网交易秩序,保证互联网知识分享类行业向前健康发展的关键。基于此,本研究集中阐述了互联网经济环境下知识产权保护面临的挑战以及追责困难的问题,从技术更新、法律体系建设、制度完善和行政保护等多方面提出了相应的知识产权保护策略,以期为净化网络环境,解决互联网经济发展和权益保护之间的矛盾提供具有一定可用性的参考建议。
With the rapid development of society,the commercialization of knowledge has become increasingly prominent. There is a direct relationship between the protection of individual intellectual property rights in the Internet environment and the benign development of society. The development of intellectual property rights presents a brand-new situation in the special environment of the Internet. How to ensure the safety and effectiveness of intellectual property rights in the Internet environment and properly solve the social and legal problems facing it is to standardize the Internet trading order. The key to ensure the healthy development of Internet knowledge sharing industry. Based on this,this study focuses on the problems faced by intellectual property protection under the Internet economic environment and the difficulties in pursuing responsibility,and puts forward corresponding intellectual property protection strategies from the aspects of technology update,legal system construction,system improvement and administrative protection,with a view to providing some useful reference suggestions for purifying the network environment and solving the contradiction between Internet economic development and rights protection.
