摘要
在结合信息系统成功模型和期望确认模型的基础上,以Keep移动健身软件为例,收集了285份有效调查样本,分析移动健身软件持续使用意愿的影响因素。研究发现:信息质量和服务质量与用户感知有用性之间正相关,而系统质量无明显影响;服务质量、信息质量、系统质量均与用户满意度之间存在正向相关关系;感知有用性和满意度均与用户持续使用意愿具有正向相关关系,同时,感知有用性与满意度正相关。为提高移动健身软件用户的持续使用意愿,移动健身软件应从服务质量、信息质量和系统质量三个方面进行改进以提高用户感知有用性或满意度。可以通过开展线上直播课程,对用户的动作准确度、频率等方面进行指导,增加系统与用户群体之间的互动,增强用户健身氛围感;也可以开发更多健身品类,满足不同用户的需求,同时定期对系统进行维护,保障系统正常运行,避免用户产生不满。
With the application of information system success model and expectation confirmation model,this paper takes Keep mobile APP as an example,and collects 285 effective survey samples to analyze the factors influencing users’continuance intention to use mobile fitness APPs.The results show that:Information quality and service quality of mobile fitness APPs have a significant positive impact on users’perceived usefulness,while system quality has no significant positive impact;service quality,information quality and system quality are positively correlated with users’satisfaction;perceived usefulness and satisfaction are positively correlated with users’continuance intention,and perceived usefulness is positively correlated with satisfaction.Therefore,in order to improve users’continuance intention to use mobile fitness APPs,mobile fitness APPs developers should improve users’perceived usefulness or satisfaction from three aspects:service quality,information quality and system quality.The developers can set up online live courses,which can provide guidance for the accuracy and frequency of the users’movement,increase the interaction between the system and user groups,and enhance the users’fitness atmosphere.In addition,the developers can also develop more fitness APPs to meet the needs of different users,and maintain the system regularly to guarantee its normal performance and to avoid dissatisfaction from the users.
