摘要
以复合硅烷偶联剂、钼酸铵、单宁酸和纳米硅溶胶制作无铬钝化剂,镀锌钢板作为母材,在镀锌板表面制备了无铬钝化膜。利用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、X射线光电能谱仪和X射线衍射仪研究钝化后镀锌板表面的形态特征、元素分布和价态。利用电化学工作站和磨粒磨损机,分别探讨了无铬钝化后镀锌板的耐腐蚀性能及耐磨性能。结果表明:经过无铬钝化后的镀锌板表面形成了致密的钝化膜。采用三电极体系,在扫描速率为0.2 m/s时,无铬钝化后的镀锌板的自腐蚀电位为-881 mV,相位角为85°,具有良好的抗腐蚀性能。当磨粒磨损机转盘转速为0.5 m/s、载荷为20 N时,磨损量为4.85 mg,具有良好的耐磨特性。
Cr-free passivation film was prepared for the galvanized sheet which was synthesized from silane coupling agents, ammonium molybdate, tannic acid and nano silicon. Morphology, element distribution,valence state, microcosmic phase composition of the samples were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction. Furthermore, corrosion and wear resistance of Cr-free passivation film were tested by electrochemical workstation and wear tester respectively. The results show that there is dense passivating film arranged on the galvanized steel. The Cr-free passivation film displays plummy corrosion resistance of polarization resistance values and phase angle peaks of-881 mV and 85° at the scanning rate of 0. 5 m/s. When the rotating speed of the abrasive wear machine is 0. 5 m/s and the load is20 N, the wear is 4. 85 mg, which has good wear resistance.
