异质板材无铆钉滚压连接试验研究 被引量:1

Test study on non-rivet rotated clinching for dissimilar sheet material

摘要 以Al1060铝(A1)和Al5052铝合金(A5)板材为研究对象,进行了无铆钉滚压连接技术在异质铝板连接上的应用试验,并对成形后的接头进行了截面参数测量和剪切强度测试,研究了板料不同放置顺序下不同凸模下压量对接头截面参数、连接强度、能量吸收和失效模式的影响。结果表明,接头的互锁值随凸模下压量的增大而增大,且A1-A5接头的互锁值的增长速度较快,当下压量为3.65 mm时,A1-A5接头的互锁值超过A5-A1接头的互锁值;颈厚值随凸模下压量的增大而减小,A5-A1接头的颈厚值是A1-A5接头的1.2倍;接头的剪切强度随下压量的增大而增大,A5-A1接头的剪切强度和能量吸收值均高于A1-A5接头,A5-A1接头的最大抗剪力是A1-A5接头的2.2倍,能量吸收值是A1-A5接头的2.6倍。随着下压量的增大,接头的失效模式由拉脱失效向混合失效模式过渡。 Taking Al1060 aluminum(A1)and Al5052 aluminum alloy(A5)sheet as the research objects,application tests of non-rivet rotated clinching to the connection of dissimilar material aluminum sheet were carried out.The section parameters measurement and shear strength tests for the formed joints were carried out.The effects of different vertical reduction of the punch on joint section parameters,connection strength,energy absorption and failure mode with different placement sequences of sheet metal were studied.The results show that as the reduction of the punch increases,the joint undercut increases,and the undercut of the A1-A5 joint grows faster.The undercut of A1-A5 joint exceeds that of A5-A1 joint while the reduction is 3.65 mm.The neck thickness decreases as the reduction increases and the neck thickness of the A5-A1 joint is 1.2 times of that of A1-A5 joint.The shear strength of the joint increases with the increase of the reduction,and the shear strength and energy absorption of A5-A1 joint are higher than that of A1-A5 joint.The maximum shear strength of A5-A1 joint is 2.2 times of that of A1-A5 joint,and the energy absorption is 2.6 times of that of A1-A5 joint.The failure mode of the joints transitions from pull-out failure to mixed failure mode as the reduction increases.
