摘要
结合安钢自产顶装焦及外购捣固焦,依据两者在气孔率与气孔结构等方面的差异,研究焦炭在不同温度条件下熔损反应析出硫组分及含量变化。在此基础上,模拟焦炭在高炉内的行为变化,探索含铁炉料、白云石对硫组分的溶解吸附效果,同时结合现有烧结、焦化工序的脱硫工艺,试验研究焦炭熔损反应过程中活性炭对烟气中有机形态硫的吸附效果,为实施高炉煤气净化、降低煤气中硫含量提供技术支撑。
Based on the difference of density and thermal properties between the self-produced top-charging coke and outsourcing tamping coke, the sulfur components and content change of coke melting loss reaction at different temperatures are studied. On this basis, the behavior change of coke in blast furnace is simulated, and the effect of iron-bearing charge and dolomite on dissolution and adsorption of sulfur components is explored, at the same time combined with the existing desulfurization process in sintering and coking process, the adsorption effect of activated carbon on the organic sulfur in flue gas during the coke melting loss reaction is entally studied, and it provides technical support for the purification of the blast furnace gas and the reduction of the sulfur content in the flue gas.
