摘要
目的:探究在感染性休克患者中联合应用乌司他丁、血必净的效果。方法:选择2019年6月-2021年6月龙岩市第二医院收治的120例感染性休克患者作为观察对象,按数表法将其随机分为参考组(61例)和研究组(59例),其中参考组在常规基础上采用血必净治疗,研究组在参考组的基础上采用乌司他丁治疗。对比两组血流动力学[体循环阻力(SVR)、心排血指数(CI)、心输出量(CO)]、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]及B型尿钠肽(BNP)水平。结果:治疗后,研究组的CO、CI水平均低于参考组,且SVR水平高于参考组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于参考组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组BNP水平均低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:在感染性休克患者中联合应用血必净、乌司他丁治疗,有利于维持血流动力学各项指标值趋向正常范围,减轻炎症反应,降低BNP水平,促进机体康复。
Objective: To explore the effect of combined application of Ulinastatin and Xuebijing in septic shock patients.Method: A total of 120 patients with septic shock admitted to Longyan Second Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into the reference group(61 cases) and the study group(59 cases) according to the number table method. The reference group was treated with Xuebijing on the basis of routine treatment, and the study group was treated with Ulinastatin on the basis of the reference group. The hemodynamics [systemic vascular resistance(SVR), cardiac output index(CI), cardiac output(CO)],inflammatory factors [interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)] and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels were compared between the two groups. Result: After treatment, the levels of CO and CI in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, and the level of SVR was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-8and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05). After treatment, the BNP level of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combined application of Xuebijing and Ulinastatin in the treatment of septic shock patients is beneficial to maintain the hemodynamic indexes to the normal range, reduce the inflammatory response, reduce the level of BNP, and promote the body recovery.
