摘要
目的 对比疏肝理气类中药配方颗粒与饮片治疗肝郁气滞的临床疗效。方法 90例肝郁气滞患者,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组和实验组,各45例。对照组患者采用疏肝理气类中药饮片治疗,实验组患者采用疏肝理气类中药配方颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效及用药满意度。结果 实验组治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组用药满意度95.56%高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对肝郁气滞患者应用疏肝理气类中药配方颗粒进行治疗疗效确切,且服用便捷,利于提高患者用药满意度。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules and decoction pieces for relieving Qi stagnancy in liver in the treatment of stagnation of Qi due to depression of the liver. Methods A total of 90 patient with stagnation of Qi due to depression of the liver were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission, with 45 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy and medication satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%, which was higher than 75.56% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The medication satisfaction 95.56% in the experimental group was higher than 77.78% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It is effective and convenient to treat patients with stagnation of Qi due to depression of the liver by using the traditional Chinese medicine formula granules of relieving Qi stagnancy in liver, which is helpful to improve medication satisfaction of patients.
