摘要
目的分析运动康复训练对痉挛性偏瘫型脑瘫患儿上肢功能障碍的康复效果。方法选取我院2020年1月至2021年12月收治的痉挛性偏瘫型脑瘫患儿60例,按数字随机法分为对照组(30例)与干预组(30例)进行对比研究,对照组开展常规康复治疗,干预组基于常规性康复治疗基础上增加运动康复训练。比较两组的上肢功能评分与上肢肌力评级。结果两组康复2周后上肢功能评分均高于康复前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组康复6周后与8周后的上肢功能评分与上肢肌力评级均高于康复前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组康复6周后与8周后的上肢功能评分与上肢肌力评级均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动康复训练对痉挛性偏瘫型脑瘫患儿上肢功能障碍的康复效果显著,能有效改善其上肢功能,增加上肢肌力,提高日常生活能力,可以推广应用。
Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of exercise rehabilitation training on upper limb dysfunction in children with spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy.Methods 60 children with spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy treated in Sichuan Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into intervention group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)equally.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,while the intervention group added exercise rehabilitation training on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment.The upper limb function score and upper limb muscle strength rating were compared between the two groups.Results The upper limb function scores of the two groups after 2 weeks of rehabilitation were higher than those before rehabilitation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 and 8 weeks of rehabilitation,the scores of upper limb function and muscle strength of the two groups were higher than those before rehabilitation(P<0.05),and the scores of upper limb function and upper limb muscle strength in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation effect of exercise rehabilitation training on upper limb dysfunction in children with spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy is obvious.The exercise rehabilitation training can effectively improve their upper limb function,upper limb muscle strength and activity of daily living.The exercise rehabilitation training is worthy of popularization and application.
