摘要
目的探究医院档案应用6S管理模式的可行性。方法选取2019年10月—2021年11月河北省保定市第一中心医院档案室在职工作人员20名,抽取档案份数20份,根据时间不同分为管理前(2019年10月—2020年10月)和管理后(2020年11月—2021年11月)。管理前实施传统管理模式,管理后实施6S管理模式,对比管理前后工作人员档案管理能力以及档案管理质量。结果管理后档案管理人员档案标识规范能力、档案安全管理能力及档案完整收录能力等档案管理能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后档案齐全率、正常利用率及单次提取成功率等均显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论6S管理模式能够显著提高档案室工作人员档案管理能力,最大程度保障档案正常使用质量,缩短档案调取时间,强化服务质量。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of applying 6S management mode to hospital archives.Methods Twenty staff members were selected from October 2019 to November 2021 in the archives of the First Central Hospital of Baoding,Hebei Province,and 20 copies of archives were taken,which were recorded as before management(October 2019 to October 2020)and after management(November 2020 to November 2021).Before the management,the traditional management mode was implemented,and after the management,the 6S management mode was implemented,and the archives management ability and quality of archives management of the staff before and after the management were compared.Results After the management,the archival management staff's archival management ability scores,such as the ability to standardize archival identification,the ability to manage archival security and the ability to include archival integrity,were significantly higher than those before the management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after the management,the archival completeness rate,normal utilization rate and single-extraction success rate were significantly higher than those before the management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 6S management mode can significantly improve the archives management ability of archives room staff,guarantee the normal use quality of archives to the greatest extent,shorten the archives retrieval time and strengthen the service quality.
