摘要
科学合理的合同变更和索赔可以为工程项目的顺利开展奠定坚实基础,又能降低项目建设成本,体现其经济效益和社会效益。基于此,文章以唐山港京唐港区36号~40号煤炭泊位码头工程(第二标段)振冲碎石桩工程为主要研究对象,分析项目在建设过程中的变更和索赔,最终项目赢得经济补偿,实现了项目管理目标。
Scientific and reasonable contract changes and claims can lay a solid foundation for the smooth development of the engineering project, reduce the cost of project construction, and reflect its economic and social benefits. Based on this, this paper takes the vibrating gravel pile project of No. 36–No. 40 coal berth wharf engineering( the second section) in Jingtang Port Area of Tangshan Port as the main research object, analyzes the changes and claims of the project in the construction process, and finally wins the economic compensation and realizes the project management goal.
