摘要
当前,许多互联网企业都想通过横向或者纵向并购让企业冲出壁垒,以谋求新的技术或者跨行业发展来扩大公司的市场规模,又或者拥有更新的技术来稳定自己的市场竞争地位。本文以电魂网络并购游动网络为例,对其绩效进行研究后发现,从短期来看,并购并没有增加企业的绩效,说明电魂网络宣告并购游动网络既没有增长股东权益,也没有吸引到更多的投资者,对于此次并购,市场持消极态度;而从长期来看,企业的绩效总体呈上升趋势,说明市场逐渐持积极态度。
Currently,many Internet companies are attempting to break out of barriers through horizontal or vertical M&As,or seeking cross-industry business to expand market size,or develop new technologies to stabilize their competitiveness in the market.In this paper,through an in-depth study of the performance of Electric Soul Network’s M&A of YouDong Network,it’s found that in the short term,the M&A did not seem to exert any effect on the performance of the company,which means that the M&A neither increased the shareholders’equity nor attracted more investors,and the market reacted negatively to the M&A;while in the long term,the overall performance of the company showed an upward trend,indicating that the market reversed itself.
