摘要
五环炉粉煤气化装置的黑水在三级闪蒸降温过程中,仅能回收利用高压闪蒸和低压闪蒸的部分热量,剩余的低位热能不仅无法回收利用,而且需要通过冷却器进行降温处理,无法满足节能降耗的要求。通过增设余热回收装置,低压闪蒸后的黑水引入高效换热器中回收低位热能,被加热后的热水用于市政供暖,在变废为宝的同时,实现了节能降耗的目的。
During the three-stage flash evaporation cooling process of the black water in the WHG pulverized coal gasification unit, only part of the heat from the high pressure flash evaporation and low pressure flash evaporation can be recycled. The remaining low level heat energy cannot be recycled, but also needs to be cooled through the cooler, which cannot meet the requirements of energy conservation and consumption reduction. By adding a waste heat recovery device, the black water after low pressure flash evaporation is introduced into the high efficiency heat exchanger to recover the low level heat energy. The heated hot water is used for municipal heating. While turning waste into treasure, the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction is realized.
