摘要
介绍了绿色免熏蒸低温储粮系统的原理与系统组成,阐述了绿色免熏蒸低温储粮系统的特点及如何利用该系统实现免熏蒸的方法。通过对目前国内低温储粮技术研究现状分析,总结了目前低温储粮技术存在的问题。通过实仓测试结果分析,得出了该系统在控温、控虫与节能方面具有良好的效果,实现了粮食在整仓温度均匀保持在15℃以内的低温储藏,能有效抑制虫害,避免了使用化学试剂熏蒸,可最大程度地保持粮食新鲜品质。
The principle and system composition of green fumigation-free in low temperature grain storage system were introduced,and the characteristics of green fumigation-free in low temperature grain storage system and how to realize fumigation-free method by using this system were expounded.By analyzing the present research status of low temperature grain storage technology in China,the problems existing in low temperature grain storage technology were summarized.Through the analysis of the test results of the warehouse,it is concluded that the system had a good effect on temperature control,insect control and energy saving,realizing the whole warehouse uniform low temperature storage within 15℃,effectively inhibiting insect pests,avoiding chemical reagent fumigation,and maintaining the freshness quality of grain to the maximum.
