哈氏合金及SMO254材质冷却器在特定环境下的使用效果对比

摘要 本文结合铜电解中硫酸镍生产实际,选用了同行业常用的2种材质板式冷却器,对比哈氏合金与SMO254两种材质在特定环境下的耐腐蚀性能,分析其腐蚀原因并从生产工艺角度优化工况,寻求生产与设备使用寿命的平衡点,给铜电解硫酸镍蒸发工艺设备选用做出参考。 The vacuum evaporation crystallization nickel sulfate process is widely used in many copper smelters because of its simple equipment,low investment and easy operation.However,the productivity and efficiency of this process are seriously restricted.Based on the actual production of nickel sulfate in copper electrolysis,two types of plate coolers commonly used in the industry are selected to compare the corrosion resistance of Hastelloy and SMO254 in specific environments.The causes of corrosion from production are analyzed,aiming to seek the balance between production and equipment service life,and make reference for the selection of equipment in copper electrolytic nickel sulfate evaporation process.
