摘要
金属双极板是质子交换膜燃料电池的特殊部件,简单介绍了金属双极板的工作环境和特殊耐蚀要求,概述了导电聚合物涂层在金属双极板表面的制备方法和耐蚀机理;分析了不同介质下,掺杂离子对金属基板表面聚吡咯涂层耐蚀性能的影响,并指出花椰菜形貌缺陷是导致涂层耐蚀性能差的主要原因;具体论述了引入氧化石墨烯、石墨烯等二维碳材对金属双极板表面复合涂层表面形貌、耐蚀性能以及导电性能的影响;最后展望了现阶段应用于金属双极板表面聚吡咯复合涂层的缺陷以及改进方向。
Metallic bipolar plates(BPs) are special components of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFC), Firstly, the working environment and special corrosion resistance requirements of BPs are briefly introduced, and the preparation method and corrosion resistance mechanism of conductive polymer coating on the surface of BPs are summarized. The effects of doping ions on the corrosion resistance of polypyrrole(PPY)coatings on metal substrates under different media were analyzed, and it was pointed out that the cauliflower morphology defect was the main reason for the poor corrosion resistance of coatings. The effects of introducing graphene oxide, graphene and other 2D carbon materials on the surface morphology, corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of composite coatings on BPs are discussed in detail. Finally, the defects and improvement directions of the PPY composite coating applied to the surface of metal bipolar plates are prospected.
