摘要
该研究从现有船舶堵漏装置分析入手,解决当前堵漏过程人工操作难,耗时长,需多人操作的问题,设计了一种基于发泡材料与压缩气体为动力的全自动堵漏装置,新装置可实现单人自自动化堵漏,与过去堵漏装置相比可大大提高效率,具有较高的推广价值。
This study starts with the analysis of the existing plugging device for ships,designs an automatic plugging device based on foaming material and compressed gas to solve the problems of manual operation,time-consuming and multi-person operation in the current plugging process,the new device can realize single-person automatic plugging,which can greatly improve the efficiency compared with the old plugging device,and has higher promotion prospects.
