摘要
财务管理是促进高职院校发展的关键环节。文章通过分析高职院校财务管理当前存在的薄弱环节,提出推动高职院校财务管理由事务型向管理型转变的整体思路,并从制度建设、资金管理、全面预算、内控评价、队伍建设、信息系统建设六个方面提出了具体措施和操作建议。
Financial management is a key link to promote the effective development of higher vocational colleges.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current weak points in college financial management,puts forward the overall idea of promoting the transformation from affairs type to management type,and proposes specific measures and operational suggestions from six aspects:system construction,fund management,comprehensive budget,internal control evaluation,team building and information system construction.
