摘要
目的分析互联网+智慧急救平台在AMI(急性心肌梗死)院前救治中的应用效果。方法选定潍坊市中医院2020年1月至2021年1月216例AMI患者,根据救治方法的不同分组,对照组(n=108)接受传统急诊救治,观察组(n=108)接受互联网+智慧急救平台救治,对比两组急救指标、救治成功率、心血管不良事件总发生率、患者满意度。结果观察组急救相关指标时间均短于对照组,观察组救治成功率、患者满意度均高于对照组,观察组心血管不良事件总发生率低于对照组,p<0.05。结论互联网+智慧急救平台可有效提高AMI院前急救效率与成功率,降低心血管不良事件的发生率。
Objective To analyze the application effect of Internet+smart first aid platform in prehospital treatment of AMI(acute myocardial infarction).Methods A total of 216 AMI patients in Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and grouped according to their treatment methods.The control group(n=108)received traditional first aid treatment,and the observation group(n=108)received Internet+smart first aid platform treatment.First aid indicators,treatment success rate,total incidence of cardiovascular adverse events,patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first aid related indicators in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the success rate of treatment and patient satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The Internet+smart first aid platform can effectively improve the efficiency and success rate of pre-hospital first aid for AMI,reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,and win the recognition of patients.
