摘要
建立促进民办高校教师成长发展和身心健康的长效机制,全面提升教师的综合素养、职业幸福感与归属感是民办高校师资队伍建设的重要任务。文章从民办高校角度出发,将高校教师素养划分为四个维度共20项素养。以上海师范大学天华学院为例,对应高校教师素养提升需求,聚焦素养提升与人文关怀,设计了由思政教育、身心健康、文化素质、教育教学4个系列常规化午间课堂和1个系列人文关怀主题活动组成的“4+1”教师特色午间课堂,取得了很好的效果,探索助力民办高校师资队伍建设的特色路径。
It is an important task to establish a long-term effective mechanism to promote the growth,development and physical and mental health of teachers in non-governmental colleges and universities,and to promote their comprehensive quality,professional well-being and sense of belonging in an all-round way.From the perspective of non-governmental universities,this paper divides the quality of university teachers into four dimensions with a total of 20 qualities.Taking the Tianhua College of Higher Shanghai Normal University as an example,in response to the demand for the improvement of the quality of university teachers,the focus on the improvement of quality and humanistic care,designed a“4+1”lunch-time teachers’characteristic class,which is composed of four series of regular lunch-time classes and one series of humanistic activities,including ideological and political education,physical and mental health,cultural quality,education and teaching,it has achieved good results and explored the characteristic path to help the construction of the teaching staff in private colleges and universities.
