废热锅炉内部流场流动与传热分析

摘要 以某公司150000 t/a丙烷脱氢油气废热回收一体化装置中丙烷换热段为研究对象,建立三维模型,利用Fluent对管程和壳程的流动和传热进行模拟,对比不同进口速度下的换热结果。研究表明:在折流板背流处,流体温度高于其他区域,在管束中心区域温度也较高;无论是管程还是壳程,流体在流动换热过程中沿换热管方向换热效果越来越强;随着烟气进口速度的增大,管程和壳程出口温度均升高,而丙烷进口速度对出口温度的影响与烟气的影响相反。 Through taking propane heat exchange section in a 150,000 t/a propane dehydrogenation oil and gas waste heat recovery device in Puyang as the object of study,its 3D model was established,and Fluent was employed to simulate both flow and heat transfer of the pipe and the shell side,including having the heat transfer results under different inlet speeds compared.The results show that,at the backflow of the baffle plate,the fluid temperature become higher than that at other areas,and the temperature in the central area of the bundle is also higher;as for the pipe or shell side,in the process of flow heat transfer,the heat transfer effect along heat exchange tube becomes stronger and stronger;with the increase of flue gas,inlet velocity,the temperature at both pipe and shell exit increases and the propane inlet velocity,s impact on the outlet temperature is opposite to that of the flue gas.
