高分辨率CT靶扫描技术对肺磨玻璃结节的诊断意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高分辨率CT靶扫描技术对肺磨玻璃结节进行诊断的效果及其临床应用价值。方法选取2019年1月—2020年10月重庆市垫江县人民医院接收的疑似肺磨玻璃结节患者200例,其中经金标准80例患者被确诊为肺磨玻璃结节。对所有患者通过高分辨率CT靶扫描方案以及传统CT扫描方案进行扫查,对患者的肺磨玻璃结节进行诊断。对比两种不同诊断方式的诊断准确度以及误/漏诊率。结果经金标准检查证实,200例疑似肺磨玻璃结节患者中,80例确诊为肺磨玻璃结节。相较于传统CT扫描,高分辨率CT靶扫描的诊断准确率(93.75%)更高,误/漏诊率(6.25%)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=131.364,P<0.05)。结论高分辨率CT靶扫描对肺磨玻璃结节的诊断价值较传统CT扫描高,有利于患者后续治疗工作的顺利开展,具有良好的医用价值,值得进一步推广。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of high-resolution CT target scanning technology on pulmonary ground glass nodules and its clinical application value.Methods A total of 200 patients with suspected pulmonary ground glass nodules received by Dianjiang County People's Hospital in Chongqing from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected,of which 80 patients were diagnosed as pulmonary ground glass nodules according to the gold standard.All patients were scanned through high-resolution CT target scanning scheme and traditional CT scanning scheme to diagnose pulmonary ground glass nodules.The diagnostic accuracy and misdiagnosis rate of two different diagnostic methods were compared.Results The gold standard examination confirmed that 80 out of 200 patients suspected of pulmonary ground glass nodules were diagnosed as pulmonary ground glass nodules.Compared with traditional CT scanning,high-resolution CT target scanning has higher diagnostic accuracy(93.75%)and lower misdiagnosis/missed diagnosis rate(6.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=131.364,P<0.05).Conclusion High-resolution CT target scanning is more valuable than traditional CT scanning in the diagnosis of pulmonary ground glass nodule,which is conducive to the smooth development of follow-up treatment for patients.It has good medical value and is worthy of further promotion.
