摘要
本文针对新疆电网次同步振荡的实际问题,介绍次同步振荡控制系统的实现原理。针对目前次同步振荡控制系统测试难的问题,设计一体化测试主站和一体化测试终端,进而结合北斗卫星授时模块和有线/无线组网方式,提出基于数据回放的一体化调测平台。基于此平台,可在工程现场或实验室内部对次同步振荡控制系统进行同步测试,解决了区域控制系统所涉及的设备较多、地理位置分散的难题,实现了系统级测试。
Aiming at the practical problems of the sub-synchronous oscillation of Xinjiang power grid,the realization principle of the sub-synchronous oscillation control system is introduced.According to the current difficulty in testing the sub-synchronous oscillation control system,an integrated test master station and an integrated test terminal are designed.Then combined with Beidou satellite timing module and wired/wireless networking,an integrated commissioning platform based on data playback is proposed.Based on this platform,the sub-synchronous oscillation control system can be synchronously tested on the engineering site or in the laboratory,which solves the problems of more equipment involved in the regional control system and decentralized geographical location,and realizes system-level testing.
