圭亚那型2300 TEU集装箱船优化设计

摘要 结合圭亚那型集装箱新船型具有窄边舱、高冷箱数等特点,考虑到2300 TEU集装箱船须适应欧洲—加勒比—南美北部航线浅吃水等特定要求,在船体尺度、装箱数、冷箱数等方面应较上一代圭亚那型集装箱船进一步提升,故在设计过程中实施航线特征匹配、水动力优化、纵倾优化、纵倾范围拓展、振动和噪声控制等关键设计技术,与该航线现有的主要船型进行主要性能的对比,结果表明,整体性能优秀。 The Guyanamax container ships are new generation container ships with specific characteristics including shallow side tanks and more reefer slots.Considering that the 2300 TEU container ship has to adapt to the specific requirements of the Europe-Caribbean-North bound of South America route,such as shallow draft,it should be further improved in hull size,number of container and reefer slot compared with the previous generation Guyanamax container ship.The key technologies of optimization design were elaborated including route adaption,hydrodynamic optimization,trim optimization,trim range enlargement,control of vibration and noise and so on.It was proved that the overall performance of the new designed Guyanamax container ship is excellent by comparing with the existing main vessels in the routes.
