摘要 海面上运动目标的检测与跟踪技术,涉及图像处理、模式识别及人工智能等领域,并且该技术也被广泛地应用到军事等各个方面。在军事中,为了给制导系统以足够的时间反应,要求在远距离就能检测到运动目标,因此要求图像处理及跟踪系统有较快的运算速度,本系统在双数字信号处理器(双DSP)控制系统的基础上,利用提升形态小波方法进行图像预处理,通过试验得出其去噪效果最为明显,比原图像的对比度提高37.45倍。利用RANSAC算法对海天线进行检测,同时将GA算法和Otsu算法相结合来提取运动目标特性,通过试验得出其分割方法的效果明显,并且与传统的穷举搜索域值相比,其运算速度提高176.47倍。系统将程序嵌入到双DSP控制系统中,通过实测达到了对运动目标的准确定位及稳定的自动跟踪效果,并且图像处理平台的实际运算能力和数据的吞吐量也满足系统对运动目标图像处理的要求。 The detection and tracking technology of moving targets on the sea surface is related to image processing,pattern recognition,artificial intelligence and other fields,and it is also widely used in military and other aspects.In the military,in order to give the guidance system enough time to respond,it is required to detect the moving target at a long distance,so the image processing and tracking system is required to have a faster computing speed.Based on the dual DSP control system,this system uses the lifting morphological wavelet method to carry out image preprocessing,and the denoising effect is the most obvious through the experiment,compared with the original image contrast 37.45 times.The RANSAC algorithm is used to detect the sea level line.At the same time,the GA algorithm and Otsu algorithm are combined to extract the characteristics of the moving target.The experimental results show that the segmentation method is effective,and the operation speed is 176.47 times faster than the traditional exhaustive search field value.The system embeds the program into the dual DSP control system,achieves the accurate positioning and stable automatic tracking effect of the moving target through the actual measurement,and the actual operation ability and data throughput of the image processing platform also meet the requirements of the system for the moving target image processing.
