摘要
目的:探讨美皮康银离子敷料联合愈邦抗菌医用敷料治疗深Ⅱ度烫伤创面的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年10月笔者医院收治的深Ⅱ度烫伤患者68例,随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组34例。对照组给予磺胺嘧啶银乳膏联合愈邦抗菌医用敷料治疗,观察组给予美皮康银离子敷料联合愈邦抗菌医用敷料治疗。比较两组创面愈合率、创面细菌培养结果、创面渗液与肿胀情况、创面疼痛程度、色素沉着及瘢痕情况。结果:两组治疗后1周、4周创面愈合率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后2周、3周创面愈合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1周、2周创面细菌培养阳性率分别为14.71%、2.94%低于对照组的38.24%、20.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1周、2周、3周创面渗出情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1周、2周、3周创面疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组3个月后瘢痕增生与色素沉着发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:美皮康银离子敷料联合愈邦抗菌医用敷料治疗深Ⅱ度烫伤创面有利于创面感染控制,治疗过程中产生的疼痛较为轻微,可减轻创面渗出情况,加速创面愈合。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Meipikang silver-ion dressing combined with Yubang in the treatment of deep second degree scald wounds.Methods A total of 68 patients with deep second degree scald in the hospital from May 2018 to October 2020 were enrolled and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sulfadiazine silver cream combined with Yubang,and the observation group was treated with Meipikang silve-ion dressing combined with Yubang.The wound healing rate,wound bacterial culture results,wound exudation and swelling,wound pain,pigmentation and scar were compared between the two groups.Results There was no signifi cant dif ference in wound healing rate between the two groups at 1 week and 4 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).The wound healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 2 and 3weeks after treatment,the dif ference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of wound bacterial culture in the observation group 1week and 2 weeks after treatment were 14.71%and 2.94%respectively,lower than those in the control group(38.24%and 20.59%,P<0.05).The wound exudation of the observation group was better than that of the control group at 1,2 and 3 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 1,2 and 3 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant dif ference in the incidence of scar hyperplasia and pigmentation between the two groups after 3 months(P>0.05).Conclusion Meipikang silver-ion dressing combined with Yubang in the treatment of deep second degree scald wounds is benefi cial to control wound infection,with relatively mild pain during treatment.It can reduce wound exudation and accelerate wound healing.
