造纸白泥制备混凝土小型空心砌块试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为减轻造纸白泥造成的水土污染,利用磨细造纸白泥与普通硅酸盐水泥制备混凝土小型空心砌块。研究了造纸白泥掺量对混凝土小型空心砌块抗压强度、吸水率、抗碳化与抗冻性能的影响规律及造纸白泥的填充、成核、稀释效应,并对砌块的破坏形态进行了分析。结果表明:造纸白泥可替代2.5%~10%的水泥制备性能良好的混凝土小型空心砌块,其强度等级最高达到MU10,吸水性均保持在3%左右,干密度为1080~1116 kg/m^(3),碳化系数均小于0.85,经过15次冻融循环后的质量、强度损失率均符合GB/T 8239—2014《普通混凝土小型空心砌块》要求。 To reduce the water and soil pollution caused by lime mud,small hollow concrete block was prepared by ground lime mud and ordinary Portland cement.The influence of different amounts of lime mud on the compressive strength,water absorption,carbonation and frost resistance of small hollow concrete block were investigated,the filling,nucleation and dilution effects of lime mud were explored,and the damage patterns of the block was analyzed.The results show that lime mud can replace 2.5%~10%of cement to prepare qualitied concrete small hollow blocks,its strength grade reaches up to MU10,the water absorption is all kept at 3%,the dry density is in 1080~1116 kg/m^(3),the carbonation coefficient is all less than 0.85,and the quality and strength loss rate after 15 freeze-thaw cycles are in accordance with GB/T 8239—2014"Normal concrete small block".
