摘要
通过工业放大实验,研究了搅拌时引入CO_(2)对C30混凝土工作性、强度、体积稳定性和耐久性的影响。结果表明,搅拌时引入CO_(2)会提高混凝土的强度、改善混凝土的耐久性,对混凝土体积稳定的影响不明显,但会显著影响混凝土的工作性能。水化热、孔结构和扫描电镜分析表明,上述影响是由CO_(2)对水泥颗粒水解和水化产物生成的促进作用所造成的。引入CO_(2)的C30混凝土性能可达到C35混凝土水平,但比C35混凝土在生产阶段减少碳排放10.82 kg/m^(3),具有较好的减排效益。
The influence of CO_(2) introduction during the mixing on the workability,strength,volume stability and durability of C30 concrete was studied through industrial scale experiment.The experiment results indicate that the CO_(2) would improve the strength and durability of the concrete,slightly affect its volume stability,but significant affect its workability.The analysis of hydration heat,pore structure and scanning electron microscope shows that these effects of CO_(2) on concrete are caused by the CO_(2) promotion on the hydrolysis of cement particle and the formation of hydration product.The as-prepared C30 concrete with CO_(2) has similar properties to C35 concrete,but less CO_(2) emission of 10.82 kg/m^(3) during the concrete manufacturing stage,having better emission reduction benefits.
