摘要
用统型的理论和方法介绍了铝合金地铁车辆统型的总体思路,并举例说明“三化”统型过程,最终实现B型铝合金地铁车辆的通用化、系列化和模块化。统型方案已在多个项目上使用,大大缩短了设计及工艺准备周期,降低了生产制造成本,减少了质量问题。
This paper introduces the general idea of unified type aluminum alloy metro vehicle with the unified theory and method,and illustrates the process of“three kinds of unified type”with examples.Finally,the generalization,serialization and modularization of B-type aluminum alloy metro vehicle are realized.The unified type scheme has been used in several projects,which greatly shortens the design and process preparation cycle,reduces the manufacturing cost and reduces the quality problems.
