列车运行过程中车轮车轴对流换热系数的等效值算法 被引量:1

An Equivalent Value Algorithm for Convective Heat Transfer Coefficient of Wheel and Axle During Train Operation

摘要 针对踏面制动列车的运行过程,提出了一种对流换热系数的等效值算法。该算法可以根据列车的不同运行状态(制动、停止、启动和匀速),将各种对流换热系数计算公式(如经验公式、经典关联式、实验关联式和CFD拟合公式)等效为一个常数,从而便于在温度场及热应力场分析时使用。针对地铁车辆运行中经常出现的连续2次紧急制动工况和模拟运营制动(纯空气)工况,对比分析了各种对流换热系数公式及其等效值计算得到的车轮车轴的温度场及热应力场。结果表明,在连续2次紧急制动和模拟运营制动(包含80个连续制动循环)过程中,不同对流换热系数公式及其等效值计算得到的温度场和热应力场差异均很小。从工程应用的角度来看,等效值能够很好地代替原对流换热系数公式进行温度场和热应力场的计算。 Aiming at the operating process of tread braking train,this paper proposes an equivalent value algorithm for convective heat transfer coefficient.According to the different operating state of the train(e.g.braking,stopping,starting or uniform speed running),the algorithm could equate various convective heat transfer coefficient formula(e.g.empirical formula,classical correlation formula,experimental correlation formula or fitting formula based on the CFD analysis)to a constant value,which greatly facilitate the usage of analysis at temperature field and thermal stress field.Aiming at the two consecutive emergency braking and simulated operation braking(only air)conditions that often occur in the train operation,this paper compares and analyzes the temperature and thermal stress field of the wheel and axle calculated by various convective heat transfer coefficient formulas and their equivalent values.The results show during the process of two consecutive emergency braking and simulated operation braking(including 80 continuous braking cycles),there is little difference in the temperature and thermal stress field calculated by different convective heat transfer coefficient formula and its equivalent value.From the perspective of the engineering application,the equivalent value can well replace the original convective heat transfer coefficient formula to perform the temperature and thermal stress field calculation.
