摘要
该次研究的目的为说明化工设计中安全装置的影响与选用。从针对性规定的工艺路线设计和标准性规定的工程选用设计两个方面说明了如何分析化工设计中安全装置的影响与选用。其中,针对性规定的工艺路线设计从系统因素控制、装置因素控制、安全因素控制来说明;标准性规定的工程选用设计从仪表自动控制选用和冷换装置选用来说明。通过研究,说明了一套能够确保化工设计中安全装置影响与选用的方案。只有确保化工生产的安全,做好安全装置的设计与应用,才能够提高化工生产的经济效益,让行业生产水平飞速进步。
The purpose of this research is to illustrate the influence and selection of safety devices in chemical design. From the two aspects of the process route design specified and the engineering selection design specified by the standard, how to analyze the influence of the safety device and the selection device in the chemical design is explained. Among them, the specific process route design is explained from the system factor control, device factor control and safety factor control;the engineering selection design specified by the standard is explained from the selection of automatic instrument control and the selection of cold exchange device. Through the research, a set of schemes that can ensure the influence and selection of safety devices in chemical design are explained. Only by ensuring the safety of chemical production and the design and application of safety devices can the economic benefits of chemical production be improved and the production level of the industry improve rapidly.
